Anthony explains what he'll bring to Manchester United - amid transfer talks

Anthony to Manchester United.

Anthony was one of the players that was managed by Ten Hag at Ajax before he signed for Manchester United. Manchester United are really interested in signing Anthony to the club likewise Erik Ten Hag.

The Dutch Boss really wants to work with him again. The highly rated winger who is currently in Ajax has once played under the Manchester United's current Manager and the team are happy to bring him to Old Trafford.

According to Manchester Evening News the Brazilian winger (22) has been on Ten Hag's plan this summer as he looks to strengthen the United's attacking options in the squad. Manchester United are currently desperate to sign a new right winger.

And this 22-year old Anthony is the player that have been set apart as the ideal/best option to fix the right flank troubles. Anthony was really exceptional last season, having about 22 goals contributions which includes 12 goals and 10 assists in thirty two (32) appearances (All competition).

He added 6 more goal contribution in just 7 UEFA Champions League appearances. Anthony is actually a joy to watch, he's got this shocking pace, and a left-foot blessed with skills and great ball control.

He's made up of a quick, skilful and danceable feet with which he's capable of playing good football.

Anthony have sometimes ago received criticism for always going too far with his skills but the winger dusted them off and says in response to the critics that he plans to show the opponent who the boss is.

I'm certainly sure if Anthony could complete a move to Manchester United he would be fun to watch and he would also be a crowd-pleaser.

Anthony tells De Telegraaf that;
"There will always be people who think the tricks are really cool and people who disapprove of them.

I think my actions are functional, because I want to show the opponent that I'm the boss. And often it results in a goal or an assist"

He further explained that he doesn't really care what others think, that regardless of the criticism or praise he will always keep his focus.

Anthony will be 23 years next February and he has scored 22 goals and assisted 20 times in all appearances since joining Ajax in 2020 from Sao Paulo. I'm certain Manchester United would somehow secure his signature before he gets older than enough.

Considering his current age, he's still young and Manchester United can pull a deal anytime.
